'THE BIG SHIP' - BRIAN ENO JEP MESIM MBI MUZIKEN ELEKTRONIKE. ME NJE GJURME PO AQ ROCK SA AMBIENT.
Gezohet me idene e njeriut qe deshiron te ike larg ne det apo oqean mbi nje Anije te Madhe.
Nuk e kam idene se cfare ka perdorur ketu ky gjeni i muzikes elektronike (fillimet ne vitet '70; dhe kur une u zhyta ne karrieren e tij prej solisti, nuk dola me gjalle njelloj!); duken si shtresa tastierash elektronike (xhiro bass-i), ose te pakten supozoj te jete dicka e tille... E megjithate, tingull tmerresisht eksperimental, delikat e pas-ambient.
Ndoshta tek te paket albume (Another Green World, 1975) i cili trasmeton imazhe te pastra, fotografi te bukura te mendjes, sekuenca te imagjinates me trajta social-intime e ndjesi ngrohtesie thelle ne zemer. Pararendes i epokes post-humaniste ku jetojme?
Ah, po eshte enciklopedi me vehte Eno!

Hiatus: Shura and I both share an affection for music that mixes melancholic harmonies with moody basslines, and we’re both rigorous self-editors, constantly going back and trimming stuff down to its bare essentials.
I love the way Shura uses her voice like an instrument; layering and looping it in exactly the way I would if I was sampling her off a record.
For the most part she’ll come to me with vocals and a guitar line, and I’ll build the track up around that; occasionally she’s taken an old tune of mine and added lyrics...

GIRIU DVASIOS - INSPIRATION COMES FROM THE LITHUANIAN FORESTS...
Girių Dvasios is a dub techno, electronic dub and ambient music project started in early 2009.
The name of the project means 'The Spirits of The Woods' in Lithuanian.

The sound of Girių Dvasios is inspired by ancient Baltic culture and the nature of this area. A big inspiration and influence comes from thick forests of Lithuania. Every Girių Dvasios track ( like 'Greitai') has a Lithuanian name, which is in one way or another related to nature.
He combines traditional dub elements, slick minimal house techniques, dense atmospherics and an ultramodern array of sounds; creating varying environs of uncomparable organic clarity.

'I’ve always loved ambient and drone music and this summer I really became obsessed with the idea of music as a means of evoking place, time, or feeling instead of telling some kind of narrative. It’s the same way I like to approach photography, actually. I like photos that have a strong sense of composition, but it’s easy to miss because the focus is more on texture or tone which I guess leads to the photos I used for the project...'
'I feel like music should be, above all, visual. It doesn’t have to be, of course, but the music I personally connect with is very visual to me. I imagine myself listening to it at a specific time, or in a specific place, whether or not that time or place is real, so I’ve always loved writing songs that encapsulate certain places or moments in time for me. Sometimes I’ll go out exploring just to get inspiration for a song...'

Projekti i Deepchord Presents Echospace eshte tmerresisht helmues. Eshte fakt ky. Cilesi e garantuar. Kopertinat dhe fletpalosjet e koncept-albumeve jane gjithnje nje mengjezore me arkitekture bashkekohore, apo nje Tokio naten, pare nga lart. Nje muzike per nje nga ato pjeset e filmave aziatike (Shanghai?) ku ai/ajo lakuriq del ne ballkon ne nje urbanistike te cmendur dhe gjemon me sy dritat e shperndara poshte ('Celestialis', 2007)...
Fjalet kyce jane dy. E para eshte 'MINIMAL': nje ndotje e tingullit te Detroit-it (cunat e Deepchord jane nga Micigan!) me dj-t e bareve te Berlinit. E dyta eshte 'HIPNOTIZUES': nje rit nokturn qe perseritet derisa ti te lesh peng intelektin ne shinat e trenave elektrike super-te-shpejte.

ART OF NOISE - ARTI I ZHURMES
Arti i Zhurmes:
Ndonjehere artisti ka nevoje per ate te shkrete "fame" te perkohshme apo sukses te menjehershem, te pakten per te vetmin motivacion te vlefshem: leshimin e asaj muzike te brendshme, unike si menyre shprehjeje. E njejta gje do te ndodhte me Trevor Horn, liderin-ideator te mevonshem ne formacionin elektro-ambient te 'Artit te Zhurmes'.
Novacione me sfond ambjenti elektronik, pioniere te break-dance, pop-it eksperimental e ndikime nga Claude Debussy dhe rrenjet e futurizmit. Ja tek eshte prezantimi/historia i/e grupit eksperimental Art Of Noise dhe albumeve te tyre me kopertina vizatimesh teatrale:
"This limited circle of pure sounds must be broken, and the infinite variety of “noise-sound” conquered".
(rrethi i kufizuar i tingujve te mirefillte duhet te thyhet, keshtuqe varieteti i pafundme i "tingujve-zhurme" te mund te mposhtet)

Projekti Art Of Noise merr forme ne Londer, ne rrethin e artisteve si Trevor Horn (pasi kishte shperthyer me suksesin e 'Video Killed The Radio Star' te Buggles e njekohesisht vokalisti i Yes) dhe ideve te reja qe perpunoheshin akoma ne mendjen 'elektronike'. Eshte fillimi i viteve '80 dhe tekniket e zerit ishin personazhet me te kerkuar nga grupet qe guxonin dhe qe tentonin te publikonin albume novatore. Te kshilluar nga gazetari muzikor, nje lloj anetari jo-muzikant i te rinjve Art Of Nose, Paul Morley, emrat e Anne Dudley, J.J Jeczalik dhe Gary Langan do te ndihmonin Horn te hidhte ne nota e eksperimente sonore idete 'e cuditshme' qe kishte per qellim. Nga ky sfond paraprak formohen Art Of Noise, ne vitin 1983 ne Londer. Fillimisht mbrohen nga etiketa e re e te njejtit Horn me emrin ZZT (Zang Tuum Tumb), e cila perurohet me extendet playing Into Battle With The Art Of Nosie. Fale ritmeve sintetike elektronike te 'Beat Box', e cila te ben per vehte me nxitje te parezistueshme kercimi ne drejtime dada. Gjurma, ose me mire suita me fantastike qe nuk kishte kurrsesi rivale ne ate periudhe, do te ishte 'Moments Of Love', xhiro ciklike melodike dhe te riiteruara mrekullisht nga tastiera prezantuese. Do te shnderrohet ne nje 'torture' instrumentale, e destinuar per te duruar ne kohe dhe per tu degjuar ne momente delikate te interaksionit human.
Art Of Noise (emrin nga futuristi italian Luigi Russolo dhe manifesto i tij) do te perfaqesojne projektin me origjinal, fantsatik qe qarkullonte ne rrymen ambient dhe ne kohen kur te gjithe dukeshin se mund te riprodhonin muzike me baze synth-i, edhe pa asnje ide ne koke. Gjurma 'Momente Dashurie' eshte impresionuese, e mprehte dhe delikate si nje veper surrealizmi, frymezuese per imagjinate romantike apo episode flirtues. Suksesi i "turpshem" kalon me publikimin e albumit e shkelqyer debut Whos' Afraid Of The Art Of Noise? (ZZT, 1984), ne te cilin propozohen gjurme te njejta dhe kompozime te reja (kush ka frike nga arti i zhurmes?). Nje nga keto gjurme me fat eshte dhe 'Close (To The Edit)'. 'Beat Box (Diversion One)' do te ishte gjurma qe do te vihej me shume nga dj neper diskoteka. Eshte triumfi i tingullit artificial, atij krijuar me kompjuter, ku elektronika minimaliste dhe dukshem e thjeshte nuk ishte bajate, mbarte koncepte dhe kalime muzikore interesante. Tingujt ishin vetem ne aparence te ftohte sepse elementi kryesor ishte komplikimi spiral i zhanreve, cikli gjithnje i ndryshem. Ne fakt Horn ishte shume perpara me perzierjen e vecante te funk-ut, pop-it, jazz-it dhe dance music. Ishte paraardhesi i pop-it eksperimental. Gjurma eshte melodike, delikate si asgje tjeter dhe intime ne te njejten kohe (do te pefshihet ne mjaft compilation chill out).
Ne fakt marifeti i pothuajse te gjithe diskografise se grupit ishte te kombinonte te gjithe pikat e manifesto-s te futurizmit dhe te kishe fantazi kampjonimi te rralle (kjo e fundit nuk i mungonte aspak katershes se Art Of Noise!). Asnje nuk do besonte se synth-pop-i mund te ishte kaq i "cuditshem" dhe me nivel sonor kaq abstrakt. Albumi ne fjale eshte padyshim nje pjese e rendesishme e historise se muzikes.
